Cylinder Heads are hard enough to withstand brutal spring pressures and thumping valve seat recession but are tough enough to endure the punishment from the driver wanting to win.

Superchargers need to hold tight tolerances between rotors and bore. This can only be achieved by understanding the alloy characteristics to keep castings from distorting.
Timing Covers and Rocker / Valve covers are often the showpiece of an engine, the bling! It is not easy to give cast alloy that special mirror finish. We have plenty of our “bling” on some very special engines, and some people call them their jewellery boxes.

Aluminium casting allows us to create the lightweight, complex, yet strong metal shapes required in architectural projects.
MINING
Beckwith Group specialise in the manufacture, design and supply of crushing and mining wear parts and components.
Casting capabilities range from 2kg up to 5,000kg whilst also being able to offer a large range of precision machined and associated parts.
Our quality of the product is superior in performance, which provides our customers with the benefits of maximum wear life and precise dimensions for easier fit, which ensure a minimum maintenance downtime and comes with the Beckwith customer service support. We also offer reverse engineering of components to meet individual design requirements.
Beckwith Group can offer high-quality manganese steel or wear-resistant alloy castings for crush-wear parts. The product range of supply includes Concave & Mantles, Hammers, Blow Bars, Liners and Jaw Plates. To suit a range of Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, Impact Crushers, and Hammer Mills together with a wide range of feeders for applications such as Quarrying, mining and aggregate production.

Rail & Rolling Stock
Beckwith Group has an enviable reputation as a reliable, on-time supplier of high-quality castings for both light and heavy track work applications. These include crossings, switches, diamonds and a full range of accessories.
Whether employing rigid bolted, rail-bound manganese or solid manganese, we have extensive manufacturing, machining and assembly facilities for all rail products.
Our customers include end-user operators of train, tram and streetcar systems around the world and original equipment manufacturers of turnouts, switches and crossings.
Beckwith Group's is the sole supplier of track work castings to the Melbourne tram network, with over 240 kilometres of track.
Utilising high-grade, weldable manganese steel to ensure the maximum trouble-free life span, Beckwith Group's specialisation and capabilities allow us to cast, heat treat and quench at sizes up to eight metres in length all on-site.
